Wineries

Wineries and vineyards are fast becoming a familiar site in the Texas Hill Country. Texas is the fifth largest wine producing state in the nation, with 3,000 acres of fruit bearing vines. Five wineries existed in Texas in 1980. This number has soared to over 100 wineries to date.
